Eligibility

Mandatory Educational Qualifications. (Qualifying exam)National Entrance Exam (i.e., Mode of Entry) Requirements
Applicant must have cleared class XII or equivalent from a recognized board with the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, a language, and any subject other than the above four.Selection will be based on the JEE Advanced-2024 national Entrance Exam merit list.        

Selection process: Based on valid Rank in JEE (Advanced) National Entrance Exam 2024.

Total Intake: 52.

Breakup: [40 + 8 (20% supernumerary seats for females) + 4 (10% Foreign nationals/OCI)].

Additional notes:

  1. Reservation/concession/relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Person with disability (PwD) and Kashmiri-Migrant (KM), Kashmiri Pandits/Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) living in the Kashmir valley: as per Government of India regulations.
  2. 20% Supernumerary Quota for females and 10% Foreign National/OCI  over and above the approved intake for the  program.
  3. Applicants applying under the EWS and OBC (as per the central list of OBC available at www.ncbc.nic.in) category must ensure that they have the valid EWS/OBC-NCL Certificates issued on or after  April 01, 2024 (i.e., FY: 2024-25)  by June 15, 2024.
